About the Event

More than 3,000 dairy industry professionals including industry leaders, suppliers, marketers and more are gathering at the CheeseCon. This gathering is an opportunity for everyone involved in the cheese industry to share, exchange, and get information about the latest in cheese technology, workforce, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing, and dairy exports. Attendees also have the opportunity to participate in seminars and hands-on workshops.

Our team will be exhibiting at booth 118, where attendees can join us and learn about our innovative, automated production lines for Halloumi, Grilled Cheese and Paneer. The CheeseCon is an opportunity for us to create awareness and showcase our automatic production lines.

Among other information on our company’s work, we will take participants through the details of our Automatic Paneer Production Lines. The lines are controlling the curd weight while filling each of the moulds to eliminate the milk yield variations and lead to a more standardized production. Our Paneer production lines consist of the highest automation level where the operators’ interface is minimal, focusing on supervision. The final Paneer shape can be rectangular, in blocks or cubes.

We will also showcase our Haloumi Production Lines, which we are very proud of since our company has the longest-standing experience in Halloumi equipment production worldwide. From automatic and semi-automatic to manual and traditional Haloumi production lines, participants will be able to find the Haloumi or similar family products’ production line they are interested in.
