Angelos Agathangelou is a business-oriented engineer with more than 30 years’ multi-disciplinary experience in marketing, business development and sales management. He is the major partner of the firm and holds the positions of CEO. and Sales Director at Christakis Agathangelou Ltd. His main responsibilities are to strategize and execute Sales and Marketing strategies which will enhance the reach of the company, in both local and global markets. Under his supervision the team works on strengthening the company brand, and enforcing the company culture of excellence. Angelos also spearheads the launching of new products and is responsible for the commercialization of the company. Angelos holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Marios Christou is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer, having obtained his degree from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. He currently holds the position of General Manager, a role he has held since 2001 and acting Technical Director at Christakis Agathangelou Ltd. In his dual capacity, he manages teams responsible for planning, monitoring, and implementing processes related to the design and production of industrial dairy equipment and complete production lines. Marios has developed extensive expertise in equipment design for various dairy products and is particularly skilled in semi hard type cheese equipment produced primarily in Cyprus, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. He has played a significant role in Agathangelou’ s research and development efforts and is known for his meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Michalis Michael is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operations Officer of the company. He is a Mechanical Engineer with many years of experience in production control and electrical automation systems. He leads the operations of the company specifically in terms of planning, controlling, cost monitoring and manufacturing process optimizations. Since 2006, he has also been responsible for running the financial department. Michalis holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
Panagiotis Christoforou is the Sales Manager, managing and implementing the company’s business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expenses controls. In his previous role with Christakis Agathangelou Ltd, Panagiotis was a sales engineer responsible for the coordination of the sales department back office as well as the preparation of technical proposals and quotations. Formerly, Panayiotis worked with the company as after sales and maintenance engineer. He was responsible for machine spare parts orders, commissioning of new machines and maintenance of different types of machines based in milk processing. Panagiotis has a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Beng) he graduated from Huddersfield University in the United Kingdom, and he also holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management (MSc) from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus.
Kaushal Sagar, a distinguished professional in the realm of business development, proudly holds the position of Business Development Manager for the India division of our company's Sales & Marketing Department. With a rich academic background, he is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidhyala, Sardar Patel University. Not stopping there, Kaushal fortified his knowledge and skills by attaining a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
Kaushal's journey is adorned with more than 8 years of invaluable experience in the industrial sector, particularly in Sales & Marketing. His expertise shines brilliantly in the dairy and food processing industries of India, where he has successfully forged strategic alliances and facilitated business development initiatives. His remarkable contributions continue to drive our company's growth and success in the dynamic Indian market.
Andreas Charalambous is a Senior Technical Supervisor within the company’s Technical Department, now working as Deputy Technical Manager, responsible for developing and improving new or existing equipment. Andreas has worked in the company in multiple roles and has a comprehensive understanding of multiple departments. In his previous role in Christakis Agathangelou Ltd, Andreas has served as Sales Engineer and was responsible for the coordination of the sales department back office as well as the preparation of technical proposals and quotations. Formerly, Andreas worked with the company as a Site Engineer. He lead the installations team and was responsible for the execution of all site related works. During his period as a Site Engineer Andreas supervised the installation of multiple projects both in Cyprus and abroad. Andreas holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree (BEng) from Kingston University, UK, and a Medical Engineering Masters (MSc) from Leeds University, UK.
Andri Vasiliou is the Head Accountant of the company, part of the team since 2008. Andri started in the company as an assistant accountant. As part of the Finance & Accounting Department, she is responsible for maintaining & reviewing financial records, preparing budgets & financial reports, handling monthly payroll, managing business accounts and preparing financial statements. Andri holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration-Economics & Finance, from University of Nicosia.
Belgutay Işıker works as Production Manager. His core responsibilities are planning, organising and motivating the Production Department, performing QC activities on our products to meet internationally established quality standards and reporting Production data to the Plant Manager. He works with teams of professionals, simplifying all projects that the team handles. Belgutay implements the systems that will level up the entire team for better productivity and quality through his motto “Put yourself in the buyer’s shoes”. Working in many different departments in the company since 2007 gives him an advantage in understanding the processes of the other departments, and in collaborating with them. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science and is trained to perform Non-Destructive Tests, Weld Inspections and Material Tests according to the ASME Code.
Kyriakos Michalaki is a senior Mechanical Engineer, working for the company since 2001 and currently responsible for the final drawings prior to manufacturing. In his previous role as a Mechanical Engineer at Christakis Agathangelou Ltd, optimised all mechanical drawings for efficiency and accuracy . He mastered 2D and 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD, NX Siemens, Solidworks, AutoDESK Inventor, AUTOPOL. Kyriakos received a technical and theoretical degree in Mechanical Engineering from HTI (Higher Technical Institute).
Loizos Lyras is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer within company’s Engineering Department and is responsible for designing machinery. He specifically delivers manufacturing drawings to the Production team, develops construction guidelines and also generates the bill of materials for the procurement team. As a Project Engineer, he supervises the design and engineering as well as tracking and monitoring the progress of multiple projects both in Cyprus and abroad. As part of his duties he generates and reviews detailed manuals for the equipment manufactured by Christakis Agathangelou Ltd. Loizos holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree (BEng) from the Cyprus University of Technology.
Christoforos Symeou is a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer within the company’s Engineering Department, with the design of equipment as his major role. He is responsible for delivering manufacturing drawings to Production, developing construction guidelines and in addition, generating the bill of materials for the procurement team. As a Project Engineer, he supervises the design and engineering of specific products, and tracks the progress of multiple projects both in Cyprus and abroad. As part of his duties he generates and reviews detailed manuals for the equipment manufactured by Christakis Agathangelou Ltd. Isaak Koumis is a Senior Electrical Supervisor of the company’s Electrical Department, with the development and improvement of PLC programs of new and existing equipment as his major role. Isaak manages the execution of commissioning and start-up and assists the Project Manager with project-critical tasks. Formerly, Isaak worked with the company as an Electrical Site Engineer. He lead the installations team and was responsible for the execution of all site related works. During his tenure as an Electrical Site Engineer, Isaak supervised the electrical installation of multiple projects both in Cyprus and abroad. Isaak holds an Electrical & Computer Engineering Degree (BEng) and a Masters (MSc) from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.
