49th Dairy Industry Conference - India

This year’s conference was the first post-pandemic physical meet focused on the theme “India Dairy to the World: Opportunities & Challenges”. Leaders from the dairy industry, experts, farmers, milk producers and exhibitors from across the country attended various thematic technical sessions for 3 days.

The conference provided a platform for professionals to come together and discuss global dairy trends, farm innovations, sustainability within the sector, climate change, nutrition, and health in India with the singular objective of making India the mecca of dairy innovations and solutions.

CheeseCon 2023 - USA

We also exhibited our dairy production engineering solutions at the 2023 CheeseCon in the USA, drawing on 60 years of experience, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products. The conference took place in the city of Madison, Wisconsin, from April 4-6, 2023.

About the Event

The gathering brought together over 3,000 dairy industry professionals, including industry leaders, suppliers, and marketers, to share and exchange information on the latest in cheese technology, workforce, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing, and dairy exports.

Agathangelou's team exhibited at booth 118, where attendees joined us and learnt about our innovative, automated production lines for Halloumi, Grilled Cheese and Paneer. We are proud to have the longest-standing experience in Halloumi equipment production worldwide, with automatic and semi-automatic, manual, and traditional production lines available for customers. Our Automatic Paneer Production Lines were a highlight, with the ability to control the curd weight while filling each of the moulds, eliminating milk yield variations and leading to a more standardized production. The highest level of automation is integrated into our Paneer production lines, where the operator's interface is minimal, focusing on supervision. The final Paneer shape can be rectangular, in blocks, or cubes.

Attending CheeseCon gave allowed us to meet existing and new key persons in the dairy industry. We attended keynotes and concurrent seminars, including "Market Outlook and Opportunities for Cheese Exports" by the U.S. Dairy Export Council and "Innovation and Dairy Growth" by DMI. We also visited the Center for Dairy Research (CDR) and its amazing facilities, where more than 30 researchers, with over 300 years of combined experience in food and dairy manufacturing, offer product development, contract research, troubleshooting for product and process manufacturing, and training services.

In conclusion, our recent experiences at the Dairy Industry Conference in India and CheeseCon in the USA allowed us to discuss with representatives of cheese production companies, showcase our innovative, automated cheese production lines, and assist attendees based on their specific business and production needs.
